Talent Acquisition & HR Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle recruitment including man power planning, onboarding and offboarding of restaurant staff and back office.

• Report and analyze recruitment progress and employee turnover.

• Handle end-to-end process of Talent Management.

• Handle and maintain Organization Development such as Organization Structure, HR Systems, Data Analytics, and Performance Management.

• Create and maintain Job Profile/Job Analysis.

• Maintaining employee probation period and contract renewal.

• Support maintaining employee database and documents.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management.

• Have experience more than 1 years in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Org. Development.

• Proficient in using Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point and Ms. Word.

• Target oriented and good analytical skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Have experienced in Food & Beverage industry is a plus.
