Qualifications :
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in an Education-related major (English Education/PG PAUD/PG TK/ ) or related field
At least 3 years of experience in teaching kindergarten
Management or leadership experience
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Adaptable to changes
Good communication skills with team members, teachers, and other related parties
Passionate about making a difference in children's lives and promoting mindfulness across cultures
Familiarity with mindfulness practices; certification is a plus

Responsibilities :
Evaluate school performance and address disciplinary issues within the school
Coordinate with relevant educational authorities
Work with teachers, parents, and the other divisions to ensure that children’s individual needs are planned for and met
Establish good communication relationships with stakeholders and parents by prioritizing excellent customer service and providing solutions
Create administrative forms or sheets required by the school, following the standards that have been provided or expected
Planning, maintaining, building, and deploying resources
Taking responsibility for textbooks and stationery requirements
Provide leadership and support in the area of student/teacher interaction
Provide work assignments to staff and direct their activities
Mobilizes the appropriate staff to create an appropriate instructional and learning environment
Coordinates with other school programs
Develops policies and procedures to facilitate the delivery of programs, student discipline, and parent and public relations
Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs, ensuring sequential learning experiences for students consistent with the school’s philosophy, mission statement, and instructional goals
