Logistic Admin

About the role

We are looking for a talented Logistic Admin to join our dynamic team at PT Sumber Alam Cipta Makmur Abadi. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehousing, storage and distribution functions. This full-time position is based in West Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and processing shipping and receiving documents, including invoices, packing slips and bills of lading

• Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with warehouse staff to manage stock levels

• Scheduling and coordinating transportation of goods, liaising with carriers and logistics providers

• Providing customer service support, responding to inquiries and addressing any issues or concerns

• Assisting with the preparation of reports and data analysis to track logistics performance

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics or administrative role

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in using relevant software and technology, such as inventory management systems, spreadsheets and databases

• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve logistical issue
