Freight Forwarding (Export Import) Customer Service Staff - SURABAYA
JOB LOCATION : SURABAYA OFFICE
Job Descriptions :
Support Sales to check inquiry / rate with shipping line / Airlines / Overseas Agent (Pricing)
Coordinate with overseas agent for booking and BL preparation
Check shipping documents (Bill of Lading, Insurance, Manifest) with Customer
Check pre alert from Overseas agent and update to customer
Monitoring the Vessel / Flight position
Resolve Customer issues
Provide Information of Product, Services, and Policy to Customer
Job Requirements :
Working Location at Surabaya
Having good knowledge about export import procedures and regulations
Understanding In Freight Forwarding Business
At least 1 years of working experience In the related field
Good communication skills
Computer literate (Ms. Office, Software)
