Qualification:
Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major (preferably Logistics, Management, or Industrial Engineering).
Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, inventory, or administrative operations.
Good understanding of warehouse and inventory processes (receiving, picking, FIFO, stock opname / stock taking).
Proficient in using Ms. Excel and operational systems (ERP/WMS is an advantage).
Detail-oriented, well-organized, responsible, and with good communication skills.
Able to work independently and in a team, under pressure, and willing to work in shifts if required.
Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound processes, including export orders.
Prepare export goods according to packing standards and required documentation.
Update stock data and perform regular stock taking.
Manage warehouse operational and administrative documents, including export documents.
Prepare operational and inventory reports.
Act as a liaison with customers regarding stock status and shipment updates.
Ensure all activities comply with SOPs, export regulations, and the Integrated QHSE Management System, including identifying and following up on potential hazards at the workplace.
