Junior Talent Acquisition

Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team by executing recruitment activities for junior to mid-level roles.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, CV databases, and other recruitment channels.

Conduct initial / HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, motivation, and cultural fit.

Prepare and submit candidate shortlists and interview summaries to hiring managers.

Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication between candidates and stakeholders.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Support recruitment SLA tracking, including time-to-screen, response time, and interview coordination.

Handle recruitment operational tasks

Assist in maintaining candidate relationships to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Participate in talent attraction initiatives, employer branding activities, and Talent Acquisition / HR projects.

Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

0 – 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

Comfortable conducting interviews and communicating professionally with candidates.

Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring workflows.

Able to manage multiple recruitment activities while meeting timelines and service expectations.

Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible in handling recruitment administration.

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the IT / technology industry.
