Key Responsibilities
- Develop monetization strategies for research based event
- Identify and secure B2B brand partners and sponsors
- Create partnership proposals based on research insights and audience data
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to meet revenue targets
- Coordinate execution of brand partnerships with internal teams
- Prepare post-event performance and ROI reports
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners and clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related fields
- 8-10 years of experience in event monetization, sponsorship, or B2B partnerships
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to translate data and insights into commercial value
- Detail-oriented with high professionalism and credibility
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
