Job Description
● Assist in executing day-to-day operational processes related to product disbursements, configuration, and internal support.
● Help manage and maintain product configurations and settings across various systems and tools.
● Upload, review, and validate operational and financial data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
● Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
● Monitor key product workflows and flag anomalies or potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
● Support internal teams by responding to partner-related product inquiries and ensuring clear documentation of requests.
● Contribute to process improvements and documentation to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
● Background in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is a plus (final-year students are welcome).
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured and organized manner.
