Asst. HR Officer

1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
3. Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
4. Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
5. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
6. Assist in payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of attendance data.
7. Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
9. Provide administrative support to the HR department and participate in HR projects as needed.

1. Bachelor’s degree any subject
2. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
3. Familiarity with HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, and employee relations.Knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS is a plus.
