We are a fast-growing padel and wellness business. We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Officer to handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions and support accurate, timely financial reporting.
This role is hands-on and operational, ideal for someone who enjoys transactional accounting, reconciliations, and working closely with operations.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Record daily sales from POS and booking systems
Issue invoices for corporate bookings, memberships, and events
Match incoming payments with invoices and system records
Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding receivables
Accounts Payable (AP)
Receive, verify, and record vendor invoices
Match invoices with purchase orders, contracts, or delivery notes
Prepare payment schedules and payment request summaries
Maintain accurate AP aging records
General Accounting Support
Prepare daily journal entries and transaction postings
Perform POS, bank, and system reconciliations
Assist in month-end closing activities and accruals
Organize supporting documents for audits and tax filing
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in AP & AR or accounting roles
Familiar with accounting software (Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, or similar)
Comfortable working with POS systems and high transaction volumes
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Experience in F&B, retail, sports, or hospitality industry
Basic knowledge of Indonesian taxes (PPN, withholding tax)
Experience handling cash, QRIS, and bank reconciliations
