Perform data entry tasks and ensure the accuracy of information entered into the company system.
Maintain and update company data, records, and filing systems while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
Provide administrative support to relevant departments as needed.
Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field

Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Strong communication skills and fast response
Detail-oriented, proactive, assertive, and well-organized in administrative tasks
Ability to communicate in English (at least passive) is a plus
