Senior Sales Engineer Interior
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in Project Sales / Business Development for construction or interior project
Good Communication Skill and Negotiation Skills
Preferably have a technical background (Civil Engineering, architect, interior)
Experience in doing presentations, preparing proposals, and tender
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Have a wide network with consultants, project owners, etc
Can operate Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
Goal-driven and self-motivated

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
Overseeing customer account management, negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profit
Create quotation, negotiation, and closing
Achieve monthly and yearly sales target
Look for construction and interior project
