The HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for Samara Lombok’s hospitality operations, including resorts, villas, and guest-facing roles. This role plays a key part in building a service-oriented team that delivers guest experiences in line with luxury hospitality standards.
The ideal candidate has hands-on recruitment experience in hotels or resorts, understands hospitality workforce dynamics, and is comfortable hiring for both frontline and supervisory roles.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for hospitality roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring
Partner with department heads to understand manpower needs and role requirements
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and local networks
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview stages
Ensure smooth onboarding and pre-employment processes for new hires
Maintain recruitment records, reports, and talent pipelines
Support employer branding initiatives to attract hospitality talent
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor regulations
Coordinate with HR Operations on contracts, documentation, and onboarding schedules
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field
Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality (hotel, resort, or F&B)
Experience recruiting frontline, operational, and supervisory hospitality roles
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Familiarity with job portals, sourcing tools, and recruitment databases
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast-paced, service-driven environment
Willing to be based on-site in Lombok
