Lead and oversee all General Affairs functions including facilities and building management, company assets, vehicles, security, housekeeping and other general services to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environment that supports seamless business operations.
Ensure the availability, functionality, and proper condition of workplace facilities to support smooth and uninterrupted company operations.
Manage and oversee building and facility maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and minor renovation works.
Administer and control company assets, including asset registration, inventory management, tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate, manage, and evaluate third-party vendors related to General Affairs services (cleaning, security, transportation, maintenance, etc.).
Ensure full compliance with workplace safety, security, and environmental standards, including Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE/K3) and internal General Affairs policies.
Plan, manage, and control the General Affairs operational budget to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on General Affairs activities, facility conditions, and budget utilization.
Provide clear direction, strong leadership, supervision, and performance evaluation for the General Affairs team.
Handle operational issues and internal service requests from various departments with a strong sense of urgency and effective problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs or Facility Management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior-level role.
Strong knowledge of building and facility management, asset control, vehicle management, and office operations.
Proven experience in vendor management, contract administration, and service performance evaluation.
Ability to prepare budgets, perform cost control, and produce accurate operational reports.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams effectively.
High sense of urgency, proactive mindset, and strong ability to prioritize and resolve operational issues promptly.
Detail-oriented, firm, responsible, and proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
