Support the development, refinement, and execution of the Company’s corporate strategy.
Ensure alignment between corporate strategy, departmental objectives, and operational plans.
Translate strategic objectives into measurable initiatives and performance indicators.
Design, implement, and maintain Corporate and Departmental KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
Monitor, analyze, and report performance against KPIs and strategic targets.
Manage and support the implementation of Balanced Scorecard or other performance management frameworks.
Track and coordinate the execution of strategic and corporate-level initiatives.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies affecting strategic execution and propose mitigation actions.
Work closely with business managers to ensure timely delivery of strategic programs.
Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and strategic data to support decision-making.
Develop dashboards and executive reports for top management and Board-level reviews.
Provide insights and recommendations based on trend analysis and performance gaps.
Support enterprise risk management processes related to strategic and operational risks.
Ensure governance discipline in strategy execution, KPI tracking, and reporting.
Conduct operational control and performance reviews across departments.
Review business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Support process optimization initiatives aligned with strategic priorities.
Promote data-driven decision-making and performance culture across the organization.
Provide analytical and strategic support for organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
Facilitate coordination and communication between corporate strategy and operational teams.
Act as a strategic partner to business units and functional leaders.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or related functions such as strategy management, performance management, or business analysis.
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in KPI development, monitoring, and implementation, Balanced Scorecard, and Data Analytics.
Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand and adapt to business processes across different functions.
Strong analytical thinking with a structured, systematic, and logical approach to problem-solving.
Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in dashboard development and data visualization.
Proficiency in SQL and Tableau will be a strong advantage.
Experience in flowchart development, SOP and business process design, and risk & improvement projects is a plus.
Familiarity with business processes in the shipping or maritime industry is a strong advantage.
