Building Project & Asset Maintenance Officer (Medan)

• Conceptualize and develop architectural design solutions that balance creativity, aesthetics, and functional performance.

• Create architectural concepts, schematic designs, and visually compelling design presentations for building projects and asset improvements.

• Produce high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentation materials to communicate design ideas effectively.

• Ensure design consistency and visual quality across projects, supporting the company’s architectural and brand identity.

• Collaborate with technical teams and consultants to translate creative concepts into feasible and buildable designs.

• Contribute graphic and visual design elements to enhance project presentations, reports, and corporate materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating architectural design, concept development, and 3D visualization skills.

• Creative mindset with a solid understanding of spatial design, aesthetics, and user experience.

• Proficient in SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, 3ds Max, and AutoCAD.

• Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other visual design tools (preferred).

• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering visually refined and impactful design outcomes.

• Preferably domiciled in Medan and surrounding areas.

• Placement: Medan, North Sumatra.

• Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
