About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team at yuni bersaudara sejahtera' in Pekanbaru, Riau. As a full-time Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for a variety of roles

• Screen and assess applicants to identify the best fit for our organisation

• Conduct interviews, reference checks and other pre-employment assessments

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiations

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and requirements

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey

• Collect and analyse recruitment data to identify areas for improvement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of demonstrated success in a corporate recruitment role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with candidates at all levels

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

• Thorough understanding of human resources best practices and employment legislation

• Passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building high-performing teams
