HR Junior Staff

About the role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR Junior Staff to join our talented team at PT Toyota Tsusho Techno Park Indonesia. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations and contributing to the overall success of the business. Based in East Karawang, West Java, this role offers the opportunity to work for a leading company in the Consulting & Generalist HR industry.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the administration of HR processes, including data entry, record-keeping, and document management

• Provide support in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees

• Help with the implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Participate in the coordination of employee training and development programs

• Contribute to the maintenance of the company's HR information system

• Assist with the preparation of HR-related reports and analyses

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in an HR or administrative role

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

• Proactive

• Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of HR best practices and regulatory compliance
