Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both verbal and written).
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-level confidential information.
Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure with a high degree of agility and proactivity.
About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR Operation Manager with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience to lead our Human Resources Operational department. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring they are aligned with our business objectives while fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Industrial Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; ensuring compliance with Indonesian Labor Laws (Omnibus Law/UU Cipta Kerja).
Performance Management: Drive the performance appraisal system (KPIs/OKRs) to monitor and improve employee productivity.
Policy Management: Develop and update company regulations (Peraturan Perusahaan) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
