Job desc:
Understand payroll processes in alignment with the company’s compensation and benefits strategy (include about wage standards, and salary concepts).
Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies systems and procedures aligned with company objectives and industry competitiveness.
Manage and oversee HR-related databases, including HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and time attendance systems.
Knowledgeable about labor laws and other regulations related to employment, also PPH 21.
Develop and implement the concept of grading systems and the mechanism for their creation.
Manage the budget for compensation and benefits programs ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Compensation benefits, preferably within the FMCG industry.
English is preferred,
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and capable of providing data reports.
Accustomed to operating, verifying, and monitoring large amounts of data.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
