Sales Admin
About the role
We are seeking a talented and driven Sales Admin to join our team at PT Sinergining Adhi Selaras'. This full-time role will be based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, and will play a crucial part in supporting our dynamic sales operations. As the Sales Admin, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that are essential to the smooth running of our sales department.
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
Assisting with the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and other materials
Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Coordinating logistics and scheduling for sales activities, such as client meetings and events
Maintaining accurate records and updating sales databases
Supporting the sales team with any other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar sales administrative or customer service role
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other sales-related tools
A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
