Children Learning Chinese (CLC) is a well-established Mandarin learning centre in Jakarta, specializing in Chinese language and culture education for children and teenagers. With over 20 years of experience, CLC supports students aged 3 to 18 in achieving their learning goals—whether for academic purposes or to develop strong multilingual proficiency.

Due to our continued growth, CLC now operates multiple centres across West Jakarta, South Jakarta, and South Tangerang. Our learning environments are thoughtfully designed to engage young learners and foster a positive, enjoyable Mandarin learning experience.

Student Care

These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy working in an education-focused environment and are motivated to teach the language of tomorrow today, while shaping the future through meaningful education and support for the next generation of learners in Indonesia.

Requirements:

• Diploma/bachelor's degree

• Open to fresh graduates and or min. 1 year experience as Customer Service or relevant field

• Patient, caring, responsible, good communication skills

• Experience working with children is preferred

• Effective and efficient time management and organization skill

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist students before, during, and after class

• Ensure students’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times

• Help students with daily routines, homework, or simple learning activities

• Maintain discipline and positive behavior among students

• Communicate with teachers, staff and the parents regarding students’ conditions

• Assist in school activities and events

• Build warm and supportive relationships with students and the parents
