HEAD OF FINANCE

We are looking for a highly capable, disciplined, and execution-driven Head of Finance to lead and oversee the company’s financial strategy, controls, and day-to-day financial operations.

This role is central to ensuring financial integrity, sustainability, and decision-making at the highest level. It is not a back-office role.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage all finance functions, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow, and tax.

• Act as a strategic financial partner to the stakeholders and executive leadership.

• Prepare high-quality, board-level financial reports, forecasts, and analyses.

• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring.

• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and governance standards.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk.

• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and regulators.

• Support strategic initiatives, including investments, expansions, and partnerships.

• Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities — and act decisively.

What We’re Looking For

1.⁠ ⁠Professional Background

• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or corporate finance.

• Proven experience as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, Controller, or similar senior role.

• Experience working directly with CEOs, boards, or senior leadership teams.

• Background in investment, banking, consulting, multinational companies, or fast-growing businesses is highly valued.

• Professional certifications (CPA, CA, ACCA) or an MBA are an advantage, but execution and track record matter more than titles.

2.⁠ ⁠Financial & Analytical Excellence

• Strong command of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

• Deep understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

• Comfortable delivering executive and board-level materials.

3.⁠ ⁠Leadership & Execution

• Proven ability to build, lead, and hold finance teams accountable.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.

• Strong ownership mindset — problems are identified early and resolved decisively.

• Able to operate in fast-moving, high-pressure environments with accuracy and control.

4.⁠ ⁠Communication & Stakeholder Management

• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Able to communicate clearly with non-finance stakeholders.

• Comfortable engaging with auditors, investors, banks, and external partners.
