We are seeking a highly driven and resilient Government Liaison Officer to serve as the central link between the firm and government stakeholders.
This role is central to managing relationships across ministries and agencies, facilitating communication and approvals, and ensuring compliance with procurement and financing frameworks for major infrastructure projects. It is not a support-only role. You will work closely with internal teams and government counterparts to ensure alignment with project and policy objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing
Build and maintain strong relationships with key government officials, regulators, and public institutions.
Serve as the firm’s representative in all official government communications.
Facilitate communication and coordination to ensure alignment with project and policy objectives.
Monitor and interpret government policies, procurement laws, and public finance regulations relevant to ongoing and future projects.
Coordinate interactions between government partners, internal project teams, and financiers to support smooth project execution.
Provide strategic insights on government priorities, procurement pipelines, and emerging opportunities.
Attend and represent the firm in government meetings, briefings, and negotiations.
Prepare briefings, progress updates, and relationship management reports for senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For
1. Professional Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Law, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in government relations, public procurement, or liaison work.
Experience within consulting, finance, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
Proven ability to work with ministries, agencies, and public institutions.
2. Government & Regulatory Understanding
Strong understanding of public procurement systems, PPPs, and government financial operations.
Ability to interpret policies, regulations, and government frameworks relevant to infrastructure and public projects.
3. Execution & Resilience
Ability to navigate complex bureaucracies and influence decision-making at senior levels.
Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Capable of meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
4. Communication & Coordination
Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Comfortable representing the firm in formal government settings.
Able to work across internal teams and external stakeholders.
