We are seeking a highly disciplined, reliable, and execution-focused Private Corporate Villa Manager to oversee the full operations of a Private Corporate Villa serving Directors and VVIP guests. This is not a hospitality desk role and not a fixed 9-to-5 position.

High availability, leadership maturity, and absolute accountability are mandatory.

Villa Overview

Private Corporate Villa consisting of:

• 3 Guest Bedrooms

• 1 Meeting Room

• 3 High Tea Lounge Areas

• 14-pax Dining Area

• Cigar Room

• Outdoor Pool and Barbecue Area

• Located in Senopati, Jakarta Selatan

The villa caters to Directors and VVIP-level guests.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Villa Operations & Property Management

• Oversee daily operations of the private corporate villa

• Ensure the property is well-maintained, secure, clean, and fully operational

• Conduct regular inspections of all villa facilities and equipment

• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and external vendors

2.⁠ ⁠Staff Management & Leadership

• Manage and supervise a team of approximately 15 staff (housekeeping, security, chef, service staff, maintenance, etc.)

• Recruit, train, schedule, and discipline staff as required

• Ensure staff professionalism, discipline, and service standards

• Conduct regular briefings and performance evaluations

3.⁠ ⁠VVIP Guest Experience

• Ensure exceptional, discreet, and professional service for Directors and VVIP guests

• Manage guest check-in, stay, and check-out processes

• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special arrangements professionally

• Maintain strict confidentiality at all times

4.⁠ ⁠Food & Beverage Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the Private Chef / Executive Chef

• Oversee food service standards for dining, high tea, meetings, and private events

• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff

5.⁠ ⁠Inventory, Budget & Administration

• Manage villa inventory, supplies, and operational needs

• Oversee villa operational budget and expenses

• Handle petty cash, invoices, and vendor payments

• Prepare basic operational and incident reports for management

6.⁠ ⁠Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure safety, hygiene, and operational standards are strictly followed

• Address emergencies, security issues, or urgent situations calmly and effectively

Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Villa Manager, Property Manager, Hotel Manager, or similar role

• Proven experience managing private villas, luxury residences, or high-end hospitality environments

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Experience managing teams of 10–20 staff

• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays

Language Skills

• English proficiency is required

• Bahasa Indonesia is mandatory

• Additional languages are a strong advantage

This Role Is Not for Everyone

This position demands trust, flexibility, and full responsibility over a private corporate residence.

If you are seeking a fixed schedule, a purely administrative role, or limited accountability, this role is not suitable.
