We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support the Founder in daily operational and administrative tasks.
This role is not strategic and not managerial — it is about executing instructions accurately, consistently, and on time.
You will work closely with the Founder to ensure follow-ups, schedules, documents, and reports are handled properly so projects can move faster.
Responsibilities
Follow up WhatsApp, email, and social media messages based on instructions
Manage daily to-do lists and reminders for the Founder
Schedule meetings (online & offline) and coordinate calendars
Prepare, send, and resend presentations, brochures, and documents
Update simple reports (sales leads, investor lists, task tracking)
Maintain organized Google Drive & Google Sheets
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, consultants)
Ensure tasks are followed up until completed
Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Admin, or Operations Staff
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar
Able to follow instructions precisely
Responsive and reliable
Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia required, basic English preferred)
Able to work independently and remotely
