Facility Supervisor

We are hiring a Facility Supervisor to support manufacturing operations at Bintang Industrial Park II, Batam.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise facility operations including electrical (LV/MV/HV), mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and utilities

• Lead facility/maintenance technicians and execute preventive & corrective maintenance

• Ensure compliance with HSE/K3 and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors

• Prepare maintenance reports and support ISO audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3 years experience in facility/maintenance within a manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, utilities, and factory facilities

• Good leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office; ERP/CMMS experience is an advantage

• Able to communicate in English

Purchasing Staff

We are seeking a Purchasing Staff to manage procurement activities for our manufacturing operations in Batam.

Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing of electronic components, plastic materials, packaging, and production parts

• Source small mechanical parts (screws, bolts, hardware)

• Manage purchase orders, supplier coordination, delivery, and inventory

• Support production and engineering teams in material planning

• Maintain purchasing and supplier documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in purchasing/procurement

• Experience in electronic manufacturing or plastic molding

• Familiar with ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Able to communicate in English

• Mandarin is an advantage
