Sales IT Business Development Manager (Senior / Junior Level)

Scope of Job :

Develop, grow, and penetrate designated enterprise accounts to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Identify business opportunities and maintain a proactive approach to driving growth within assigned accounts.

Highly motivated Business and Education person to drive growth by fostering relationships with strategic customers, shaping our Small Business, Enterprise and Education positioning, and supporting key executive engagements.

Build strategic customer and principals Engagement. Facilitate and manage c-level relationships with strategic customers, identifying joint opportunities and fostering long-term collaborations.

Analyze industry trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to identify new business opportunities and strategic initiatives. Fostering new ideas and building a strategy that turns ideas into action.

Drive strong cross-functional Collaboration. Working and collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and solution engineering to align business development initiatives with go-to-market strategies.

Stay informed on industry trends, IT technology developments, and business optimization practices to provide consultative insights

Qualifications :

At least 3 years of sales and account management experience serving commercial enterprise clients, with proven track records, preferably in the IT industry

Strong knowledge and market intelligence in IT solutions, combined with consultative selling skills, particularly in IT Solutions and IT technologies

Highly motivated, achievement-driven, and eager to take on challenges
