The Job :
Develop and implement business plans to achieve business objectives in O2O & E-commerce channels
Lead distributor to execute aligned business plans and achieve corresponding sales KPIs
Derive monthly sales demand & investment spending forecasting with data analytics
Coordinate & manage route-to-market demand allocation with different stakeholders
Build and maintain strong partnership with key business partners (e.g. distributor / cross internal functional teams)
Monitor sales trends and competitor market intelligence to derive business implications and actions
Prepare and present sales performance update & business plan to senior management / business partners
Qualifications :
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years working experience of sales in FMCG
Professional skills capability skewed towards online experience, esp. POP customers.
Expertise in working with different stakeholders for business plan implementation
Strong growth mindset, independent, stable, credible, ethical, accountable team player
High resilience & flexibility to work in dynamic working environment
Mobility to travel as needed.
Excellent written, typing and spoken English with good presentation skills
Proficiency with PC & MS Office
