After developing our lifestyle & entertainment concept, Townsquare Cilandak in Jakarta, our hip hotel, TS Suites in Bali, TS Group continues to grow by developing new lifestyle & entertainment concepts to meet today's lifestyle needs.
We are looking for a Wellness Studio Supervisor for a new Wellness Club in Bali.
Responsibilities:
Create a fun, engaging, and memorable guest experience by leading activities with energy and creativity, adapting programs to different ages, preferences, and guest needs while responding promptly to requests during activities.
Maintain full knowledge of activity schedules and hotel facilities, integrating product knowledge into activities to support effective upselling and cross-selling through guest interaction.
Prepare, manage, and maintain all activity equipment and areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and readiness in coordination with relevant departments.
Supervise and coordinate Wellness Studio staff by managing schedules, conducting briefings and training, evaluating performance, and ensuring programs comply with service standards and safety guidelines.
Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints and special requests professionally, coordinate cross-departmental activities and promotions, and prepare operational reports on activities, attendance, incidents, and guest satisfaction for management.
Requirements:
Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) in Tourism/Hospitality or Sports/Health, with at least 1 year of experience in Wellness, fitness, recreation, or hospitality activities (preferably in hotels/resorts/wellness); attractive, energetic, cheerful, and sociable appearance.
Good command of English (intermediate–advanced) for professional communication with guests, team members, and management; additional language skills are an advantage.
Understand daily Wellness Activity schedules, knowledge of safety procedures, risk management, and basic first aid related to wellness and recreational activities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, capable of handling guest complaints, operational challenges, and last-minute schedule changes professionally.
Flexible, responsible, and able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, with a strong commitment to service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Medical Reimbursement up to 85% of 1 month’s basic salary per year (eligible after 1 year of employment and permanent status/PKWTT)
