Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls, verify customer data across multiple systems, and ensure accurate data entry.
Analyze customer issues through effective two-way communication and provide clear, complete solutions.
Summarize, confirm, and document customer interactions by accurately creating and closing tickets.
Perform administrative and reporting tasks as required.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from any major.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially Pivot Tables.
Experience in the life insurance industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
