Qualifications:
Input salary request
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Minimum 3 years experience in administrative role
Excellent written communication in English to interact with customers and factory
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize work effectively
Ensuring accuracy in data entry and document processing
Identifying and resolving issues related to customer inquiries
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Key responsibilities:
Inputting sales orders, checking stock availability, confirming pricing, and issuing order confirmations.
Managing customer inquiries.
Assisting project team with administrative tasks
Communication with factory
Answering customer calls, addressing concerns, and providing product information
