The Wound Production Team at CGBio is a core manufacturing organization responsible for producing high-quality polymer-based wound dressing medical devices that meet global standards.
The team specializes in Advanced Wound Dressing products, which represent the latest innovations in wound care technology. Beyond manufacturing, the team operates and continuously improves a GMP-compliant production system, ensuring product safety, consistency, and excellence.
As the team prepares for expansion and operational advancement, we are seeking a motivated professional who is eager to grow with us and contribute to high-impact medical device manufacturing.
As a member of the Wound Production Team, you will be responsible for both hands-on manufacturing activities and GMP site operations, including:
Medical Device Manufacturing
Manufacture polymer-based wound dressing medical devices in accordance with approved procedures and quality standards.
Operate production equipment and perform assigned manufacturing processes with high precision and attention to detail.
Manufacturing Process Improvement
Identify inefficiencies, quality risks, or improvement opportunities within the production process.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Support validation, trial production, and production line testing activities as required.
GMP Operation & Compliance
Perform daily manufacturing activities in full compliance with GMP regulations and internal SOPs.
Maintain accurate manufacturing records, batch documents, and on-site documentation.
Support internal audits, inspections, and quality system maintenance to ensure global GMP compliance.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Educational background or fundamental understanding of:
Wound dressing products and/or
Medical device manufacturing processes.
Relevant academic background in:
Polymer Science
Chemistry
Biotechnology
Biomedical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
or related fields.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and commitment to completing assigned tasks.
Ability to communicate in a working language used in Indonesia (e.g., English).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience or familiarity with Indonesian culture or work environment.
Prior experience in related industries such as:
Medical Devices
Pharmaceuticals
Biotechnology.
Hands-on experience in GMP-regulated manufacturing environments.
Strong teamwork mindset and willingness to learn on-site manufacturing operations.
The selected candidate will initially work in Korea and receive on-the-job training for approximately 1–1.5 years, before being assigned to the new Indonesia manufacturing plant scheduled for completion in Q2 2027.
