REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in any field (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, Production Garment and Management are preferred)
Experience as Production Executive in Apparel Manufacturing for 2 years
Fluent in English
Able and willing to work in shifting basis
Having leadership skills
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To achieve the budgeted KPIs of the plant through close coordination with the relevant internal teams and thereby achieve the customer requirements on Production in a timely manner and be responsible for increasing the ratio of value to non-value, and eliminating waste in the overall value stream from start to finish, for a defined product family/style whilst ensuring that the value stream meets or exceeds customer requirements and maintain
the flow rate in the value stream and support to achieve Manufacturing deliverables.
DETAIL ROLE :
Heading 1 section that consist 180 people.
Communicate daily targets/goals to Group Leader (GL’s) and monitor performance/address any deviations in areas such as material consumption and performance to plan in order to achieve daily/ weekly/monthly targets.
Support the Group Leader in handling abnormalities by guiding/assisting in real time data-based problem solving using 5-why and 8-step thinking and seek assistance from support teams as and when required.
Work with other processes in the value stream such as - (New product integration & QCO, Cutting & Raw Material, Technical & Quality, Engineering etc.) in order to anticipate and address issues that can impact the smooth flow of the value stream/ production process.
