As a Human Resources Staff (HRD Staff), you will play an important role in supporting the functions of our HR department. You will work closely with the HR team on various administrative tasks, data management, recruitment, training, and ensuring proper implementation of HR procedures.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage and maintain employee records, including personal data, performance evaluations, and training documentation.
Prepare, coordinate, and manage training schedules and employee development programs.
Provide administrative support, including attendance tracking, leave management, and coordination of payroll-related data such as attendance and overtime.
Support employee performance management processes, including monitoring and administering annual performance evaluations.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures and ensure the availability and accuracy of HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR regulations.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using HRIS Talenta is a strong plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential information.
Good time management and multitasking abilities.
Willing and ready to travel as required.
