Lead Sales, manage key accounts, drive growth, negotiate trade terms, and expand local & international F&B markets.


  1. Develop and execute sales strategies for Modern Trade and Export channels to achieve revenue, volume, and margin targets.

  2. Manage key accounts in Modern Trade and international buyers, maintaining strong and strategic relationships.

  3. Lead contract negotiations, pricing, listing, promotions, and trade terms with MT buyers and export partners.

  4. Drive product availability, shelf presence, and promotional execution across Modern Trade outlets.

  5. Oversee export sales activities including market expansion, buyer sourcing, and international sales planning.

  6. Coordinate with production, QC, and logistics teams to ensure product readiness and timely delivery for local and export markets.

  7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and global F&B developments to identify growth opportunities.

  8. Lead, coach, and evaluate sales teams, including supervisors, key account executives, and export support staff.

  9. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review.

  10. Ensure compliance with trade regulations, export documentation, and company sales policies.
