Uraian Tugas:

  • Merencanakan dan mengelola aktivitas pengujian (SIT, UAT, Regression) sesuai ruang lingkup dan jadwal proyek.
  • Memantau dan mengkoordinasikan pelaksanaan pengujian oleh vendor dan pengguna, serta memastikan isu dilaporkan tepat waktu
  • Memvalidasi test case, skenario, dan hasil pengujian sesuai dengan kriteria penerimaan.
  • Mencatat, memantau, dan memastikan penyelesaian seluruh temuan/defect.
  • Menjaga kelengkapan dan keterlacakan dokumentasi pengujian.
  • Meninjau hasil pengujian dan memberikan rekomendasi Go/No-Go.
  • Memastikan adanya persetujuan (sign-off) formal sebelum sistem dirilis.

Persyaratan:

  • Minimal lulusan S1, diutamakan dari bidang Teknologi Informasi atau Teknik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan pemecahan masalah yang kuat, serta mampu berpikir strategis dan taktis.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik, serta mampu bekerja sama secara efektif dengan pemangku kepentingan di semua level organisasi, termasuk unit bisnis dan tim kepatuhan/regulasi.
  • Berpengalaman bekerja dengan metodologi Agile dan Waterfall.
  • Memahami software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Mandiri, berorientasi pada hasil, dan memiliki minat tinggi dalam meningkatkan operasional perbankan melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dan kepatuhan terhadap regulasi.
