Qualification :
Minimum education: Senior High School (Diploma/Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
Excellent written communication skills in a polite and professional manner
Familiar with WhatsApp Business and its features
Fast and accurate typing skills
Able to operate a computer/laptop and supporting tools (Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets, basic CRM)
Detail-oriented, patient, and able to handle multiple chats simultaneously
Able to work under pressure and meet service targets
Willing to work in shifts if required
Previous experience in customer service or call center is an advantage
Good time management and problem-solving skills

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp promptly and professionally
Provide clear and accurate information regarding products and services
Handle customer complaints and offer solutions according to company SOP
Record and manage customer data and chat history
Escalate customer issues to the relevant department when necessary
Follow up on unresolved customer inquiries
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Prepare daily/weekly reports related to WhatsApp Call Center activities
Ensure confidentiality of customer data and company information
