Requirements :
Fresh Graduate or maximum 2 years of working experience
Bachelor Degree from reputable universitas in Engineering, Architecture/Interior Design Economics/Management or related background from reputable universities.
Minimum GPA 3.25 of 4.00
Good command in English both oral and written
Have good communication skill and conceptual thinking
Exhibit good interpersonal skill & passionate in Sales Department
Proven leadership and organizational capabilities
Willing to follow 1 year of mentoring and comprehensive leadership program
Willing to be located anywhere in Indonesia ( Jakarta , Surabaya, Sumatera)
The program will start on April 2026
