Purchasing Staff

PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk is a national company, engaged in the business of palm oil plantations, including the processing industry in the Province of Central Kalimantan and is headquartered in Jakarta. To support our business growth, the Company is searching or high potential candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Source new suppliers for all materials and manage good relationship with current suppliers.

• Find out product in alignment with customer requirement both technical and price

• Manage all PO in alignment with PR requested by units

• Negotiation with supplier to get better price and other points which give benefits for company.

• Monitor shipment schedule and progress to forwarder until good received in units

• Accept and manage purchase request from units

• Keep the record of purchasing and do cost down activity

• Control parts stock

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Economic, Engineering, Communication

• At least 1-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

• Experience in the palm oil plantation preferred

• Good communication, highly detail oriented, budget planning, control skill and organized in work

• Honest, responsible, high analytical skill and negotiation skill, independent and able to work with minimum supervision

• To be placed in Jakarta

• Willing to travelling
