Key Job Responsibilities
Transaction Processing: Accurately record all financial transactions, including sales, purchases, and expenses.
Invoicing and Receivables: Prepare customer invoices, issue tax invoices, and monitor outstanding receivables.
Payables: Handle intercompany billings and processing of payments.
Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile outlet cash/credit card settlements and e-commerce payments.
Documentation and Filing: Organize, store, and archive financial documents meticulously.
Stocktaking Support: Participate in monthly stock takes as required.
Audit Support: Provide administrative support for internal and external audits and assist in preparing audit schedules.
Administrative Tasks: Assist the finance and accounting team with various administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments.
