RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle employee data, personnel files, and HR databases
Recruitment administration (job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding documents)
Support payroll data preparation (attendance, overtime, leave)
Handle BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
Support HR program
Familiar with Canva, Google Sheet, and HRIS system
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of HC experience (hospitality industry preferred).
