Account Executive – Indonesia (ONSITE)

We are looking for a driven Sales Hunter to drive our expansion in Indonesia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in acquiring and nurturing enterprise customers across the digital native, eCommerce, fintech, and logistics industries in Indonesia.

You will also be responsible for managing relationships with local telecom aggregators, helping us strengthen our market presence.

Minimum Requirements

1) 3+ years of experience in Telecoms OR Software sales, with a proven track record of success is a MUST.

2) Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken).

3) A strong ability to prospect, acquire, and build lasting relationships with enterprise customers is a MUST—PROVEN success in this area will be required.

4) Build and manage an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using our CRM.

5) Well-established, trusted relationships with key decision-makers in industries such as e-commerce, fintech, and logistics—relationships that are sales-ready.

6) Experience working with telecom aggregators and managing strategic partnerships is a plus.

How success looks like in the first 30 days.

1) Immerse in the company, industry, product, and tools to build a strong foundation.

2) Identify top 50-100 ideal customer profiles (ICPs).

3) Conduct 3 customer meetings per week.

4) Refine prospecting strategy based on response and data.

5) Negotiate terms and move qualified opportunities deeper into the funnel.

6) Turn pipeline into revenue. This role isn’t just about pipeline—it’s about closing real business, fast.

  1. You come from a marketing, retail and F&B background with no direct B2B sales or enterprise experience.

  1. You’re most productive working fully remote—we’re a hands-on, in-market, team-driven environment.

  1. You haven’t closed large, complex deals with enterprise-level customers.

  1. You’re uncomfortable with prospecting, securing meetings, or making in-person connections (yes, even over coffee).
