Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting the company’s hiring needs. This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with hiring managers to align hiring needs

• Actively source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms

• Maintain and update hiring progress reports and dashboards

• Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience

• Identify recruitment process gaps and propose improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment

• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team

• Strong initiative, adaptable, and flexible with changing priorities

• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and KPI-driven

• Experience hiring sales positions is an advantage

• Available to join immediately is preferred
