Job Summary:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting the company’s hiring needs. This role requires someone who is proactive, well-organized, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
Coordinate and communicate effectively with hiring managers to align hiring needs
Actively source candidates through multiple recruitment platforms
Maintain and update hiring progress reports and dashboards
Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience
Identify recruitment process gaps and propose improvements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years experience in full-cycle recruitment
Able to work independently and collaboratively with the team
Strong initiative, adaptable, and flexible with changing priorities
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and KPI-driven
Experience hiring sales positions is an advantage
Available to join immediately is preferred
