Facility Technician Data Center - M/E

Responsibilities： 

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical equipment in a data center environment. Ensure safety rules and regulations associated with operating infrastructure. 

• Provide root cause analysis, recovery, and prevention actions for service failure, continuous improvement on site, operational efficiency, and minimize environmental impact. 

• Prepare and execute operation procedures, respond to work requests, and provide operational and technical expertise in required areas. 

• Coordinate vendor support in repairs and replacements, and support project implementation (e.g., site acceptance tests, factory acceptance tests, site inspection for defects, etc.). 

• Develop a good understanding of the infrastructure design and sequence of operation, and prepare and conduct training, sharing with the team.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical and mechanical equipment data center

Requirements： 

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering

• Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering related to Facility Management would be advantage

• Minimum 3 years experience of facilities operation in Data Centre industry

• Familiar with a minimum of two types of critical facilities (Chiller/Cooling Tower, CRAC, UPS, STS, Genset, BMS, FM200 and Pre-action Sprinkler System)

• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker license LV or MV

• 7 x 24 shift duty required

• English proficiency is required
