Administration Staff

PT.Swissa Jaya Abadi is a distributor of multitools & cutleries for the food processing industry, hospitality industry (hotels, restaurants, caterings, etc and for the consumer markets (through its retailers). PT.Swissa Jaya Abadi's brand products consist strong several brands and the organization is expanding its markt activities.

Within PT.Swissa Jaya Abadi the atmosphere is informal and " equal opportunities" is implemented at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Take all incoming telephone calls & messages.

• Perform data collection.

• Create an invoice & re-invoice of the goods.

• Make the quotation to customer accurately.

• Make a data entry of all expenses paid.

• Check all invoice, delivery order and the administration procedure.

• Update the last prices of products.

• Update stockbook.

Requirements:

• Age: preferably between 25 and 35 year old.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia

• Full-time positions are available.

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Good in computer skills.

• Have a good analytical thinking & ability to perform.

• Characteristics: trustworthy, willingness to learn, loyal, discipline, good interpersonal skills and motivated.

• Able to work under pressure.

• Able to work in a team.

• Willingness to work outside area/ region when is needed.
