Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Systems, Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in Knowledge Management (KM), Learning & Development (L&D), digital learning, or digital transformation, with exposure to system implementation or program ownership.
Strong understanding of knowledge management methodologies, including taxonomy design, metadata management, content lifecycle, and governance frameworks.
Hands-on familiarity with Knowledge Management System (KMS) and/or Learning Management System (LMS) platforms, including workflow-based and role-based processes.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proven ability to work across divisions and lead learning and knowledge-sharing culture transformation initiatives
Job Descriptions:
Manage and execute the Knowledge Management System (KMS) strategy to support organizational performance and learning culture.
Design and optimize KMS workflows, taxonomy, metadata, and user experience to ensure easy access and effective knowledge sharing.
Lead knowledge capture initiatives, including lessons learned sessions and Subject Matter Expert (SME) interviews.
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository to support daily operations and decision-making.
Facilitate Communities of Practice (CoP) and drive organization-wide knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives.
Monitor and analyze key KMS performance indicators to continuously improve system effectiveness.
Collaborate with IT, HR, and Business Units to enhance platform capability and integration.
