Accounting Staff
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at PT Masco Energi in Jakarta. As an Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's financial operations and reporting. This is a contract position, offering the opportunity to contribute your expertise to our growing organisation.
What you'll be doing
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
Preparing and analysing financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Assisting with the month-end and year-end close processes
Reconciling bank accounts and other financial accounts
Providing support for audits and compliance-related activities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate reporting of financial information
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient accounting practices
What we're looking for
Degree in Accounting
At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in the energy industry
Strong technical skills in financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles
Proficient in using accounting software such as Accurate and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
