PT PHC Indonesia is looking for: Factory Engineer (Electrical)

Job Description

• Handle and coordinate New Product Transfer activities from HQ or third-party vendors, ensuring smooth transition into mass production.

• Prepare, manage, and update engineering documents, including controlling technical changes according to internal procedures.

• Follow up on Engineering Sample Trials, analyze results, and ensure issues are addressed before mass production.

• Conduct evaluations of electronic and electrical components to ensure compliance with specifications and reliability standards.

• Perform root cause analysis and problem-solving for technical issues arising in the production process.

Job Requirements

• Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Able to read and interpret electronic circuits and schematics.

• Strong analytical skills, especially in identifying and troubleshooting electronic issues.

• Proficient in operating electronic measurement instruments such as oscilloscopes, power meters, curve tracers, and other related tools for product evaluation and analysis.

• Good understanding of PCB Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes and quality standards.

• Strong communication and coordination skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Willing to be placed on-site in Kawasan MM2100, Cikarang Barat.
