Finance Account Receivable Staff

Responsibilities :
• Record all customer receivables data based on all printed invoices
• Utilize various communication channels, such as phone calls and emails, to follow up with customers and collect outstanding 
• Distribute monthly statements to customers to keep them informed of their outstanding balances.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details 
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities by preparing reconciliations and reports for management
• Filling billing documents

Requirements :
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Economy
• Minimum 1 years experience in Account Receivable/ Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Have experience to used SAP program
• Able to speak English
• Have good time management and be able to work effectively
• Disciplined, honest, responsible, communicative and initiative
• Willing to be placed in Kebon Sirih-Jakarta
